LORENZ APPLIANCE SALES POLICY

ASAP-Orders - All orders must be paid in full prior to ordering of the product.  Delivery must be taken within a seven day period of arrival to avoid storage fees.  This also includes all floor model merchandise.

WILL CALL ORDERS - All will call orders require a minimum 25% deposit.  Lorenz Appliance requires a 2-3 week notice prior to delivery to bring your product in.  When you make your phone call to schedule the delivery, you must pay any remaining balance due.  Orders will not be delivered with monies due on account.

SPECIAL ORDERS - Special orders items require payment in full on all orders prior to ordering.  These items will be noted on your sales orders and are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

AS IS - As is merchandise is non-refundable; most carry the full manufacturer warranty.  Once purchased, these items are non-refundable

LAYAWAY - A 25% deposit is required on layaway orders and the balance must be paid in full within 90 days.   If for any reason a layaway is canceled, a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund. Layaway orders are new merchandise only.

RETURNS - Any management approved return will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. 

DELIVERY DAMAGE - Please inspect all of your merchandise upon delivery and prior to installation.    Any delivery damage must be noted on the delivery ticket.  Crated merchandise with concealed damage must be reported to Lorenz Appliance by the customer within three business days.  After that, please refer to the manufactures warranty guide.

CUSTOMER PICK UP - Lorenz Appliance is not responsible for any appliance damage incurred after leaving our premises.  If service is needed, please contact the manufacturer.

WARRANTY - Please remember we deliver what you have chosen from the manufacturer. If for any reason the product you purchased requires service, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty included in your manual.  We urge you to talk to your sales person for an extended warranty for piece of mind.  It costs less than a service call and it only takes a minute to inquire.  

SPECIFICATIONS - Lorenz Appliance will fax specs for their customers as a courtesy.  However, we will not send specs without a deposit on an order.  Lorenz Appliance will not be held liable for any errors made due to this request.  Specs are intended for planning purposes only.  It is recommended to follow the installation guide that is packaged with the product.

REBATES - Lorenz Appliance cannot be held liable for errors and product backorders associated with manufacturer rebates.  Rebates are the customer’s responsibility to apply for, follow up on, and mail within the manufacturers’ specified program dates.  Serial numbers will not be issued out prior to delivery.

TRIP CHARGES - A trip charge will apply when Lorenz Appliance attempts to make a delivery and the merchandise is brought back to our warehouse.  The delivery will be re-scheduled after payment is received for the trip charge billed.  Trip charges are billed at $25.00 plus the charges listed below.
